Gian Matteo Lo Faro

Gian Matteo Lo Faro is a founder and Principal at ADG, overseeing all aspects of its operations. Mr. Lo Faro has over 30 years of successful experience in the real estate development and management fields, in both the United States and Europe. Mr Lo Faro has developed over $500m of projects.

Additionally, Mr. Lo Faro is one of the founding principals of FlexBox Sarl, an Swiss self storage company. Other projects include a 272 lofts off Las Vegas Boulevard; ADG Soho a 30 unit loft project situated in the heart of the SoHo neighborhoods in New York City; 110 Central Park South, the conversion of the Ritz Carlton Hotel on New York’s Central Park into 68 super luxury apartments; Loft 55, a 24 unit loft conversion in Midtown Manhattan; Waterburg Estates, a 10,000 hectare big game and golf development located Johannesburg, South Africa; as well as Luxury single family housing in Manhattan, Aspen, Colorado, Miami Beach, and the Hamptons.

Before starting ADG, Mr. Lo Faro worked in France where he served as Director of Sales and Operations Manager for a $47 million luxury urban timeshare project.

In France, Mr. Lo Faro also served as Director of Marketing Communications (worldwide) for a $3.5 bil. division of Schlumberger Industries. Mr. Lo Faro began his real estate career as a manager at Euro Disney during the opening of a 5,600 hotel rooms.

Mr. Lo Faro received a Masters Degree from Columbia University in Real Estate Development and received a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Boston University. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
